蘇州著名古琴家 大風堂琴社社長 吳門琴社創始人之一 葉名珮先生於2022年2月11日晚間與世長辭 享年93歲
Obituary: Guqin master Mrs. Ye Mingpei (1929-2022), the president of Dafengtang Qin Society and one of the founders of Wumen Qin Society, passed away on the evening of February 11, 2022 in Suzho China, at the age of 93.
吳門耆宿琴家葉名珮女史辭世，象徵著一個時代的落幕。回憶當年在蘇州與葉老師諸多請益的機會，勉勵期許之情，如溫煦陽光常在我心。時光如星馳流速，仰望一代儼然也溫的文人風骨，其德如風翔雨散，其琴以和正雅潤，如今斯人已遠，式儀長傳！追風永邁，痛感悲傷。嗚呼哀哉！晚 袁中平稽首敬悼！
The passed away of the female qin master, Madame Ye Mingpei in Wumen, symbolizes the end of an era. I Recall the many opportunities to ask for enlightenment with Master Ye in Suzhou, I was encouraged by her, as the warm sunshine always in my heart. Time flies like a star, looking up to a generation of literati who are solemn yet gentle. Her virtues was like the wind and rain, and her qin was harmonious and elegant. Now she is leaving us, her style and deportment will passing down for long! Feeling sad! Alas! In the evening, Yuan Jung-ping bowed his head in condolences!
